WELDING TESTS. Section 1 A welder who has served his apprenticeship with the Employer, upon taking his initial "B" Pressure Test shall receive six (6) hours regular pay for taking his test. If the employee works for the Employer less than thirty (30) calendar days after receiving six (6) hours regular pay for his initial "B" test, he shall have deducted from his final pay an amount equal to six (6) hours pay at his regular rate. Section 2 Any “B” Pressure Welder that is new to the Employer shall, upon successful completion of a qualification test, be paid for the test time to a maximum of four (4) hours pay at his regular rate after he has worked for two (2) weeks or completed the minimum requirement on his dispatch slip – whichever is the least.
