When the College Sample Clauses
The "When the College" clause typically establishes specific actions, responsibilities, or conditions that are triggered when the college, as a party to the agreement, takes certain steps or makes particular decisions. For example, it may outline what happens if the college initiates a process, such as providing notice, making a payment, or exercising a contractual right. This clause clarifies the timing and consequences of the college's actions, ensuring that all parties understand their obligations and the sequence of events that follow the college's involvement, thereby reducing ambiguity and potential disputes.

Where appropriate, having regard to the seriousness of the breach, the Student and parent will have the opportunity to respond either in person or in writing or both, at the choice of the Student. The College will receive this response and give it genuine consideration before making a decision about the disciplinary action to be taken.
