Where it applies. 15.11.1 The College must comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and must have in place throughout the Agreement Period policies and procedures to ensure full compliance. 15.11.2 The College must ensure that all Subcontracts that it enters into include an obligation for the Subcontractor to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 with special emphasis on express anti- slavery and anti-human trafficking provisions. 15.11.3 The College shall implement due diligence procedures to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in any part of its supply chain.
