A regular full-time employee or a regular part-time employee starting work on their regularly scheduled shift in any day and being sent home before the employee he/she has completed four (4) hours work, shall be paid for four (4) hours of his/her regular rate of pay. In the lesser of fourevent that an employee reports for work but is sent home before commencing work, he/she shall be paid for two (2) hours at regular rate, unless he/she was advised by the Board not to report to work.
