Common use of Winter Break Service Reduction Clause in Contracts

Winter Break Service Reduction. The University is closed during the Winter Break period, December 21, 2022 – January 1, 2023. A resident may apply to remain in the Hotel during this period by submitting a request using the appropriate form (hereinafter called the “Winter Break Application”) before Thursday, December 1, 2022. Such requests will be considered and determined by the ▇▇▇▇ and/or their designate in their sole and absolute discretion. Approval should not be considered automatic. During the Winter Break closure, no residence life services above and beyond emergency services will be provided. No overnight guests or social gatherings are permitted; it is a 24-hour quiet period for the duration of the Winter Break.
