Wire Service Sample Clauses

Wire Service. You must access the Wire Service through our Business Internet Banking service, unless we agree otherwise. Wires initiated outside of Business Internet Banking (e.g. by email, fax, or in person) will be subject to the applicable terms of the Agreement and the terms of this Addendum. From time to time, you may initiate wire transfers, and you are requesting that we act upon your instructions and facilitate such transactions (each a “Payment Order”). The word “account” means any account (share ID) or accounts (share IDs) residing under the above designated member account number on this Addendum.
Wire Service. We may offer you the ability to conduct wire transfers through Online and Mobile Banking (“Wire Service”). In order to access the Wire Service, you must enroll and agree to the Online Wire Transfer Agreement, which supplements this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. You use of the Wire Service constitutes your acceptance of the Online Wire Transfer Agreement.
Wire Service. The service described in this Part IV provides Customer with the capability to wire transfer funds from specific Deposit Account(s) to other accounts (the “Recipient Account(s)”) as directed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (the “Wire Service”). The Recipient Account(s) may be Customer accounts or domestic-only (U.S.-based) or international (non-U.S.-based) third-party accounts and may be with Bank or with domestic or international third-party financial institutions. Customer may use the Wire Service to initiate one-time wire transfers. All wire transfers must be initiated by Customer and/or an Authorized User of Customer. The use of the ACH Service is subject to approval by the Bank and may only be used with proper designation on the set-up or enrollment form(s) and in accordance with any additional instructions from and requirements by Bank, as applicable.

  • Core Services The Company agrees to provide to the Municipality the Core Services set forth in Schedule “A”. The Company and the Municipality may amend Schedule “A” from time to time upon mutual agreement.

  • Vision Care Services For purposes of coordination of benefits, vision care services covered under other plans are not considered an allowable expense, as defined in the Coordination of Benefits and Subrogation in Section 7.

  • Future Services The Consultant acknowledges each of the following with regard to performing future services for the City: • The Consultant’s performance of the services required by this Agreement may create an actual or appearance of a conflict of interest with regard to the Consultant performing or participating in the performance of some related future services, particularly if the services required by this Agreement comprise one element or aspect of a multi-phase process or project; • Such an actual or appearance of a conflict of interest would be a ground for the City to disqualify the Consultant from performing or participating in the performance of such future services; and • The Consultant is solely responsible for considering what potential conflicts of interest, if any, performing the services required by this Agreement might have on its ability to obtain contracts to perform future services.

  • Software Services If elected by Customer, the following Software Services will be made available for Customer’s use. 2.1. Core HR Software Service is a system of interactive web pages to assist Customer in its human resource related recordkeeping and reporting. Customer shall ensure the accuracy of its Customer Data. The HR Software Services shall function in accordance with the Documentation, as may be amended from time to time, and provide features to aid Customer with its compliance with federal and state laws and regulations applicable to Human Resources (except as stated otherwise in the Documentation). 2.2. Recruiting Software Service is a system of interactive web pages to assist Customer in posting job requisitions, storing candidates, recording job applications, and the related recordkeeping and reporting. Customer shall ensure the accuracy of its Customer Data. The Recruiting Software Service shall function in accordance with the Documentation which may be amended from time to time.

  • FUTURE SERVICE BENEFITS If the Supplier is rejoining the Schemes for the first time, the Supplier shall procure that the Fair Deal Employees shall be either admitted to or offered continued membership of the relevant section of the Schemes that they became eligible to join on the Relevant Transfer Date and shall continue to accrue or accrue benefits in accordance with the provisions governing the relevant section of the Schemes for service from (and including) the Relevant Transfer Date. If staff have already been readmitted to the Schemes, the Supplier shall procure that the Fair Deal Employees, shall be either admitted into, or offered continued membership of, the relevant section of the Schemes that they currently contribute to, or were eligible to join immediately prior to the Relevant Transfer Date and the Supplier shall procure that the Fair Deal Employees continue to accrue benefits in accordance with the provisions governing the relevant section of the Schemes for service from (and including) the Relevant Transfer Date. The Supplier undertakes that should it cease to participate in the Schemes for whatever reason at a time when it has Eligible Employees, that it will, at no extra cost to the Customer, provide to any Fair Deal Employee who immediately prior to such cessation remained an Eligible Employee with access to an occupational pension scheme certified by the Government Actuary’s Department or any actuary nominated by the Customer in accordance with relevant guidance produced by the Government Actuary’s Department as providing benefits which are broadly comparable to those provided by the Schemes at the relevant date. The Parties acknowledge that the Civil Service Compensation Scheme and the Civil Service Injury Benefit Scheme (established pursuant to section 1 of the Superannuation Act 1972) are not covered by the protection of New Fair Deal.
