Common use of Withdrawal of Application Clause in Contracts

Withdrawal of Application. Licensee may at any time give thirty (30) days written notice to Saxonica that it intends to cease distribution of the Application. On completion of this notice period, no further Annual Fees will be payable, and Licensee's rights under section 2.1.1 shall cease. The rights of Licensee's existing end users to continue using Saxon as a component of the Application are unaffected.
