Work Base Clause Samples

The "Work Base" clause defines the specific location or locations where the contracted work will be performed. It typically outlines whether the work is to be carried out at the client's premises, the contractor's facilities, or another designated site, and may include provisions for remote or hybrid arrangements. By clearly specifying the work base, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings about work location expectations and logistical responsibilities, ensuring both parties are aligned on where the services will be delivered.
