Work Calendar/Schedule. 1. A work calendar for 9 or 10 month employees is required to be completed and approved by the employee’s supervisor in June for the upcoming contract year (July 1 to June 30). The calendar shall identify all of the employee’s contracted work days. Scheduled work days outside the school calendar may be altered with prior approval of the immediate supervisor. The request to alter the scheduled work days must be submitted to the supervisor at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to any change in the work calendar. Any approved changes to the work calendar must be submitted to the Treasurer’s Office by the Employee. 2. Daily work hours may be flexed to accommodate a specific job duty for the district. With prior approval from an employee’s immediate supervisor, an employee may be paid for hours worked beyond his/her scheduled work day. 3. Lunch and break time cannot be traded to arrive late or leave early from the employee’s scheduled work hours.

  • RDO Schedule/ Working Day Calendar (a) The Employer recognises that hours accrued in accordance with clause 38 create a bank of hours to be drawn upon by the Employee, as a paid RDO. The Employer recognises that Employees are entitled to take off days accrued in accordance with this clause. (b) The agreed indicative RDO/Working Day Calendars for 2024 to 2029 are attached at Appendix D of this Agreement. (c) For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in the arrangement for an indicative RDO / Working Day Calendar is intended to impose a limit on the ability of the Employer to determine with its Employees when and where work can be performed to meet operational requirements or otherwise limit the Employer’s right to manage its business and improve productivity.

  • Work Schedule (A) Where an employee has an established schedule, a change in workdays or shifts will be posted no less than 14 calendar days in advance and will reflect at least a two workweek schedule; however, the state will make a good faith effort to reflect a one month schedule. (B) In the event of a declared emergency the notice requirement of this Section may be void. (C) The state will continue to observe the scheduling structures currently in place at each agency and agrees to bargain any change in the overall practice of how schedules are established.

  • Standard Work Week (a) Except as provided below, the standard work week for Full-time Employees shall normally consist of 35 hours per week, which shall normally consist of 5 equal Shifts of 7 hours. (b) The standard work week for certain Full-time Employees, including but not limited to, technical Employees, shall normally consist of 37.5 hours per week, which shall normally consist of 5 equal Shifts of 7.5 hours.

  • Alternate Work Schedule An alternate work schedule is any work schedule where an employee is regularly scheduled to work five (5) days per week, but the employee’s regularly scheduled two (2) days off are NOT Saturday and Sunday.

  • Calendar Year Calendar Year" for the purposes of this Agreement shall mean the twelve (12) month period from January 1st to December 31st, inclusive.
