Lunch and Break Time. Every unit member shall be entitled to one (1) duty-free uninterrupted lunch time and at least one (1) duty free relief time each morning. Under normal circumstances, the lunch time shall be equal in length to the students’ lunch time. Unit members shall not leave the campus to conduct personal business during the preparation and collaboration period without the consent of the Principal.

Lunch and Break Time. Two fifteen minute breaks, or the equivalent, will be allowed as a part of an eight hour day. Lunch time will be for one-half hour during the work day but is not a part of the eight hour work day. One fifteen minute break will be allowed for employees with less than an eight hour assignment. Lunch time for less than full-time will be one-half hour, but is not part of the work day.

  • Break Time For daily work assignments of six or more hours, permanent and probationary employees (except bus drivers and bus aides) shall be entitled to one 15-minute break for each half of the work assignment. For work assignments of less than six hours, such employees shall be entitled to one 15-minute break. Employees who spend a majority of the workday working with a Video Display Terminal (VDT) shall be permitted to perform other job-related duties (i.e., work not involving use of a VDT) 10 continuous minutes out of each hour. Such time shall not be cumulative and shall be in addition to break time established above.

  • Lunch Breaks The lunch break will consist of a one-half hour (or one hour where scheduled) unpaid break taken mid-way during regular work day. In the event that an employee is required to work during his regular lunch period he shall be allowed a one-half hour lunch period between the hours of ll:30 a.m. and l:00 p.m., otherwise he shall be paid double time for working through said lunch period.

  • Lunch Break Each Teacher shall receive each day an uninterrupted and continuous period of not less than forty (40) minutes for lunch, free from supervisory, teaching or other assigned duties (reference: Regulation 298.s. 3, Daily Sessions).

  • Work Time Work time is defined as all hours actually spent in pay status including travel time required by and at the direction of the Employer before, during or after the regularly-assigned workday.

  • Coffee Breaks The Company will provide two (2) fifteen (15) minute coffee breaks during each work day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
