WORK DAY/WORK YEAR. A. Work Day 1. A teacher's work day shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours. 2. If the School Board decides to extend the workday beyond the seven and one-half (7 ½) hours, the Board shall negotiate the proposed change and the compensation for such extension with the Union.
