Common use of Work Force Clause in Contracts

Work Force. SECTION 1: Only residential journeymen, residential trainees and residential utility workers shall be employed on any work described in Article I, unless already covered by a building trade’s addendum. SECTION 2: Each Employer shall be entitled to one (1) residential trainee for each residential journeyman. SECTION 3: Residential utility workers may be employed to do any work described in Article I on the basis of one (1) to two (2), two (2) to four (4) workers, and so forth, based on residential journeymen and/or residential trainees employed. SECTION 4: A School-to-Work program may be adopted. (See attached).
