Work on a Scheduled Day Off. If a trainman is called to work on his scheduled day off he shall be paid as follows: Time Worked Rate of Pay (X Regular Rate) Up to 7 ½ hours 150% From 7 ½ to 10 ½ hours 225% After 10 ½ hours 300% He will receive no less than other straight time members on the same crew and when working more than 3 ¾ hours, he shall receive pay based on not less than seven and one-half (7 ½) hours.
