WORK ON DAYS OFF. (a) Schedule Checkers must complete forty (40) hours of work at the straight time rate of pay before overtime pay is earned. OCB Schedule Checkers who work their days off are excluded from this subsection. (b) An OCB Schedule Checker will be guaranteed twelve (12) hours pay time within an eleven (11) hour spread.
