WORK ON DAYS OFF. Whenever an Employee is required to work on the Employee's scheduled days off, the Employee shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) the Employee's regular rate for all hours worked up to eight (8) hours on the Employee's first (1st) day, and double the Employee's regular rate for all hours worked on the Employee's second (2nd) day off.
