WORK PROCEDURES. 2.1 Supervisors shall plan and organise work such that the exposure to the risk of thermal stress to employees is minimised. 2.2 Through planning, such as organising work in the early morning or late evening, extended or more frequent work breaks, providing shade awnings, etc, the risk of thermal stress can be reduced. Penalty rates shall apply for work performed outside of normal hours.
