Work Progress Schedule. Refer to Division 1 of the Specifications for additional schedule requirements. Unless indicated otherwise in those documents, Contractor shall submit to OCM and Design Professional its initial Work Progress Schedule for the Work in relation to the entire Project not later than twenty-one (21) days after the effective date of the Notice to Proceed. The Work Progress Schedule shall be computerized Critical Path Method (CPM) with fully editable logic. This initial schedule shall indicate the dates for starting and completing the various aspects required to complete the Work, including mobilization, procurement, installation, testing, inspection, delivery of Close-out Documents, and acceptance of all Work. When acceptable to Owner, the initially accepted Work Progress Schedule shall be the Baseline Schedule for comparison to actual conditions throughout the Contract duration. This section applies to construction phase Work Progress Schedules. Requirements for design phase scheduling for Construction Manager-at-Risk and Design Build contracts are outlined in Division 1 Project Planning and Scheduling Specifications.
