Work-Related Phone Calls. A. Work-related phone calls of seven (7) minutes or longer shall be compensated at one-half (1/2) hour of overtime at the employee’s regular overtime rate of pay per phone call. It is the intent of the parties to comply with the FLSA, and phone calls of less than seven (7) minutes are de minimus. B. If a phone call to an off-duty employee is one-half (1/2) hour or more in duration then the employee shall be compensated for the phone call as Call-Back Time compensation in accordance with Section 3 above.
