Common use of Work Required Clause in Contracts

Work Required. Employee may, at the City’s option, be required to work for the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Police Department while attending the Training, and may be required to patrol, dispatch, operate computer systems, perform clerical tasks, or do other duties as assigned by the Chief of Police or the Chief’s designee. The hours expended by Employee in attending the Training and service to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Police Department will be subject to the same limitations and compensatory time policies as apply to all police officers of the City.
