Working Area. .01 The Contractor's sheds, site offices, toilets, other temporary structures and storage areas for material and equipment shall be grouped in a compact manner and maintained in a neat and orderly condition at all times. .02 The Contractor shall confine his construction operations to the Working Area. Should the Contractor require more space than that shown on the Contract Drawings, the Contractor shall obtain such space at no additional cost to the Owner. .03 The Contractor shall not enter upon or occupy any private property for any purpose, unless the Contractor has received prior written permission from the property owner.

New Power House surrounding area, Lake View Hostel including surrounding inside area and outside garden, the lawn areas etc, surroundings of Management Developing Centre, surrounding of all lakes & ponds inside the Institute Campus, Parking places, Boat House.
Working Area. It shall be the duty of the Contractor to see to it that the General Contractor leaves the working area for the Plaster Tender in a safe and workable condition.

Working Area. The Contract Employee has to carry out invariably all the assigned work in laboratories at URSC-Main / URSC-ISITE campus from 8.30 to 17.00 HOURS from Monday to Friday on regular basis. However due to the exigencies of the work, persons may have to work for extended hours including Saturdays and other holidays with advance planning. • The Contract Employee has to understand all the aspects of work carefully and carryout the work as per the procedures laid down for respective work. Any discrepancy in the procedures carried out should be brought to the notice of the Engineer in charge.
