Section 4.1 Workday and Workweek (Employees Hired on or Before 4/1/94) (80% Employees) The basic workday for all employees shall consist of eight (8) or ten (10)consecutive hours exclusive of one-half (1/2) hour unpaid meal period. Each employee shall have a minimum of eight (8) hours off duty between each straight time workday. The basic regular workweek for the guaranteed 80% of the seniority roster for each work group shift may be worked as follows: (A) Day Group Shifts (B) Night Group Shifts (C) Holiday Workweeks (D) Janitors
