Working on a Designated Holiday. 15.3.1 An employee required to work on a holiday shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half plus another day off with pay to be taken within a four week period following the holiday or paid out to the employee. 15.3.2 An employee required to work overtime on a holiday shall be paid at the rate of double time for any time in excess of normal hours.
