Working on a Designated Holiday. 12.3.1 Employee Required to Work on a Designated Holiday a) An employee required to work on a designated holiday shall be entitled to the employee’s regular pay plus one and one half (1½) times the employee’s regular pay for each hour up to the normal hours the employee works. This shall be paid out or may be taken as time in lieu by mutual agreement between the manager/designate and the employee.
