Working on a Statutory Holiday. ‌ An eligible employee who works has worked for 15 of the 30 calendar days preceding the statutory holiday, and is required to work on a Statutory Holiday must the statutory holiday shall be paid paid: (a) time and a one-half (1.5x) for the first eleven time worked up to 12 hours, and (11b) hours and double double-time for time worked in excess of (2xa), and,‌ (c) after elevena day's pay, based on an average of wages earned in the previous 30 days.

(i) An employee not eligible for the Statutory Holiday who works on the holiday may be paid as if it were a regular work day, and is not entitled to an alternate day off.
