Working on a Statutory Holiday. An eligible employee who works has worked for 15 of the 30 calendar days preceding the statutory holiday, and is required to work on a Statutory Holiday must the statutory holiday shall be paid paid:
(a) time and a one-half (1.5x) for the first eleven time worked up to 12 hours, and
(11b) hours and double double-time for time worked in excess of (2xa), and,
(c) after elevena day's pay, based on an average of wages earned in the previous 30 days.

Working on a Statutory Holiday. An eligible employee who works on a Statutory Holiday must be paid time and a half (1.5x) for the first eleven (11) hours and double time (2x) after eleveneleven (11) hours. The employee must also be given an alternate day off with pay within thirty (30) calendar days of the Statutory Holiday at a time mutually agreed by the employee and the Company.
(i) An employee not eligible for the Statutory Holiday who works on the holiday may be paid as if it were a regular work day, and is not entitled to an alternate day off.
