Working on Holidays. 1. Any worker whose job is operating on a day of holiday observance can be required to work on that day. 2. The University may fill any additional operational needs in accordance with the provisions for assignment of overtime work as specified in Article 7 (Hours, Schedules and Premium Pay.)
