Workload and Vacancy Coverage. (a) The parties agree that the delivery of quality services to the credit union membership is a mutual commitment and objective of both parties. The maintenance of sufficient staffing levels and the identification of ongoing training needs are acknowledged as critical components for the delivery of quality services. (b) Where operational concerns or workload issues arise, it is agreed that it is in the best interest of both parties to encourage open discussion at the branch and department levels and to adopt a problem solving approach to such concerns. Where such discussions fail to adequately address the concerns, matters shall be referred to the joint Labour Management Relations Committee for resolution.

  • Basic Coverage Contractor shall provide and maintain at the JBE’s discretion and Contractor’s expense the following insurance during the Term:

  • Basic Coverages Subd. 1. Faculty

  • Disability Coverage In the event a State employee goes on an extended medical disability, or is receiving Workers’ Compensation benefits, the Employer-policyholder shall continue at no cost to the employee the coverage of the group life insurance for such employee for the period of such extended leave, but not beyond two (2) years.

  • Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Coverage The insurer shall agree to waive all rights of subrogation against the City, its directors, officials, officers, employees, agents and volunteers for losses paid under the terms of the insurance policy which arise from work performed by the Consultant.

  • Workers' compensation and employer's liability insurance endorsements The following are required: (i) CANCELLATION endorsement which provides that the District is entitled to 30 days prior written notice of cancellation or nonrenewal of the policy, or reduction in coverage, by certified mail, return receipt requested. (ii) WAIVER OF SUBROGATION endorsement which provides that the insurer will waive its right of subrogation against the District, its Trustees, and their officials, employees, volunteers, and agents with respect to any losses paid under the terms of the workers' compensation and employer's liability insurance policy which arise from work performed by the Named Insured for the District.
