Workload Committee. The Board and the Association will jointly establish a Workload Committee. This committee will examine issues related to workload and make recommendations to the respective bargaining teams of the Board and DE. The work of this committee shall be continuous. For FY 2019-2020, the committee’s review shall consist of, but shall not be limited to; elementary planning, secondary schedules and planning, Teacher in Charge language, and pupil personnel worker competitive compensation. The committee will consist of four (4) members appointed by DE and four (4) members appointed by the Superintendent or his/her designee. The committee will make the recommendations available to the Superintendent. The recommendations will not be considered binding on either party, but rather will be utilized as a basis for future bargaining proposals for inclusion in this Agreement.
