Workload Distribution. 454 It is the intent of the Employer to distribute the workload equitably among employees in both single work units and departments with due regard for employee safety. 455 When an employee is absent for any reason and if a replacement cannot be obtained in time, it is the intent of the Employer to distribute the workload equitably among the employees in the work unit so that no undue hardship may be placed on an individual worker. 456 Section 3 β Provider Profiles 457 458 459 460 461
