Wraparound. The FSP programs shall reflect the core values of Wraparound, including recognition of the family’s cultural values as a strength of the family. Family shall be defined to mean relatives, caregivers, peers, friends, and significant others as determined by the individual client. The provision of Wraparound services shall be in accordance with the Best Practices Standards as developed by the California Department of Social Services.
