Common use of Written Explanation of Variance Clause in Contracts

Written Explanation of Variance. GRANTEE is required to provide a written explanation to the OAG for any variances on service delivery reports, programmatic performance reports or other reports. In addition to the written explanation, GRANTEE shall promptly answer any questions of the OAG, whether in writing or otherwise, in connection with the reports presented to the OAG.
