WRMA's Management Consulting Methodology. WRMA developed our management consulting methodology specifically for government agencies. We have used it extensively with state, federal, and local government customers since 1980. As seen in Figure 2, WRMA's methodology includes three main phases: • Learn. We partner with our customers to learn about their programs, policies, operations, risks, preferences, and business needs. We listen to staff, supervisors, managers, partners, and other internal and external stakeholders to gain a 360-degree perspective of the agency. We then apply that knowledge to tailor our approach to achieve the program goals and tasks and document as our project plan.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor.
