Common use of Your entitlement Clause in Contracts

Your entitlement. You shall be entitled to paid annual leave of four weeks per year after 12 months’ continuous employment with the Employer, in accordance with the Holidays Act 2003. For the purposes of your annual leave, a ‘week’ of leave is based on your ordinary working week.
