Affected System Interconnection definition

Affected System Interconnection. Customer shall mean any entity that submits an interconnection request for a generating facility to a transmission system outside of the New England Control Area Transmission System Transmission System that may cause the need for Affected System Network Upgrades on the New England Transmission Provider’s Transmission System.

  • Affected System Interconnection Customer acknowledges that it has not relied on any representations or warranties by the NYISO or its subcontractor consultants not specifically set forth herein and that no such representations or warranties have formed the basis of its bargain hereunder.

Related to Affected System Interconnection

  • interconnected system means a number of transmission and distribution systems linked together by means of one or more interconnectors;
