Archive Content definition

Archive Content means Content which is licensed under a Product Term in which the Term begins at the Commencement Date and continues, without an end date, subject to all terms and conditions of this License Agreement.
Archive Content means past and historic Content which is provided to you via the Third Party Platform in electronic format by a third party provider as we may appoint from time to time;
Archive Content means Owned Intellectual Property consisting of (a) photographs, illustrations, or other visual representations, (b) moving visual content, including film, video tape, digital files, animation and clips and (c) font, audio file and any other work protected by copyright, in all cases, generated by any means and in any format or medium, including any reproductions and any modifications and derivative works thereof created on or prior to December 31, 2000.

Examples of Archive Content in a sentence

  • In the event that Licensor ceases to provide access to Continuing Access and/or Archive Content as a standard offering through the Platforms, Licensor may provide such Content to Licensee on physical media, or through other means, which may include, without limitation, access through the digital preservation services referred to in Section 4.5 below, to the extent Licensor’s rights to the Content permit.

  • In the event that Licensor ceases to provide access to Continuing Access and/or Archive Content as a standard offering through the Platforms, Licensor may provide such Content to Licensee on physical media, or through other means, at no additional cost to Licensee, which may include, without limitation, access through the digital preservation services referred to in Section 4.5 below, to the extent Licensor’s rights to the Content permit.

  • In the event that Licensor ceases to provide access to Continuing Access Content or Archive Content as a standard offering through the Platforms after expiration of the Term, Licensor will provide access to such Content to Licensee through the digital preservation services referred to in Section 4.5 below, to the extent Licensor has, at the time of such event, entered into agreements with such digital preservation services, and to the extent Licensor’s rights to the Content permit.

Related to Archive Content

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Customer Content means any content that is uploaded onto the Services by Customer or otherwise used on or in connection with the Software.

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).
