Assignment Description means a description of the work to be performed as provided by the Client to the Agency, whether verbally or in writing related to any particular Assignment or placement of one or more of our Candidates or Workers including but not limited to the services to be provided, duties to be performed, any background, security, suitability, medical and fitness check or other pre-placement investigation required, the time and date upon which the Assignment is to commence and/or end, the location(s) where the work is to be performed, health and safety information, Client contact information (such as the Nominated Contact Person).

More Definitions of Assignment Description
