Examples of Availability Declaration in a sentence

  • Should circumstances change such that the original or the current Availability Declaration is no longer a reasonable estimate made in good faith, the Seller must, as soon as is reasonably practicable: make revisions to the data submitted to NamPower under Clause 12.2 (Availability Declaration) and Clause 12.3 (Other relevant data); notify NamPower of any revisions to any previously submitted data; and notify NamPower of any special factors of which it becomes aware.

  • The Seller shall, as soon as is reasonably practicable, make revisions to the Availability Declaration submitted to NamPower should circumstances affecting the operation of the Power Plant or its operating characteristics change at any time.

  • For the first Contract Year, the Seller shall provide NamPower with an Availability Declaration thirty (30) days prior to the Commercial Operation Date.

  • Each employee whose name appears on the Employer•s provisional list, and any other employee whose name should have been included in such list, shall be required to indicate, in writing on a form to be submitted to him by the Employer, whether or not he wishes to be included on the final list of regular employees (Employee Availability Declaration).

  • Actual Available Capacity for each Hour (AAh) shall be calculated in accordance with Schedule 8 (Actual Available Capacity); nothing in this Agreement shall require the Company to issue an Availability Declaration during the Combined Cycle Commissioning Period; and the provisions of Clause 6.2.3(vi) shall apply in the circumstances described therein.
