Backup Generation definition

Backup Generation means electricity generated by a Customer on a temporary basis in order to replace the generation lost from that Customer's normal supply source, usually the Electric Utility where the customer resides.

Backup Generation. Tenant shall have use of the UPS and generator redundancy that is currently installed in the Building. Landlord shall maintain the generator and UPS system in good working order and in accordance with generally acceptable maintenance practices.
