Building 3 is that certain 4-story building to be constructed by Landlord pursuant to the Work Letter attached as Exhibit B (the “Work Letter”) to contain approximately 166,238 gross square feet of space (which includes 1,948 gross square feet of the CUP), to be determined in accordance with Section 1.5, as shown as Building 3 on the site plan attached hereto as Exhibit A. Building 3 will contain subterranean parking shared with Building 4.
