Buildings and Improvements definition

Buildings and Improvements means all of the right, title and interest of the Vendor in all buildings, structures, erections, improvements, fixtures and appurtenances situated on or forming part of any of the Leased Properties.
Buildings and Improvements means the buildings and improvements situated on the Land, including all fixtures and permanent piping therein, which includes the systems for the supply and collection of steam and condensate.
Buildings and Improvements means, collectively, all buildings, structures, installations, fixtures, trade fixtures, building equipment and other improvements.

  • Any inspection or examination of the Buildings and Improvements shall not interfere with ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s use of the Premises or the business conducted therein.

  • This Section shall not apply to approvals required under Section 4.b Agricultural Buildings and Improvements.

  • The quality of construction by such general contractor, or by Tenant’s own labor force, shall be equivalent to or exceed the quality of construction of the Buildings and Improvements located upon the Land prior to the commencement of the Project.

  • The valuers will appoint an umpire who need not be a registered valuer before determining the value of the Buildings and Improvements.

  • Tenant shall leave the surrendered Land, Buildings and Improvements broom-clean condition, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Lease.


More Definitions of Buildings and Improvements

Buildings and Improvements means, collectively, all buildings, structures, installations, fixtures, trade fixtures, building equipment and other improvements owned by either Company or owned by Seller and used primarily in the Leased Real Property.
Buildings and Improvements means all of the right, title and interest of the Vendor in all plant, buildings, structures, erections, improvements, fixtures and appurtenances situated on or forming part of any of the Owned Lands or Leased Premises;

Related to Buildings and Improvements

  • Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by any Group Company, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other Third Party upon the expiration or termination of the Lease for such Leased Real Property.

  • Buildings means , and BHK Apartments having One Block of Apartments a total of apartments of different types in G+ storied Block including such other constructions and/or structures, as may be constructed on the Premises by the Builder from time to time.
