Change Authorization definition

Change Authorization has the meaning given to it in Section 3.5 (Change Authorizations).
Change Authorization has the meaning set forth in Section 6.0 herein.
Change Authorization means a written communication issued by the City Engineer authorizing a departure from these Standards in accordance with Article 2.1.3 of these Standards.

Examples of Change Authorization in a sentence

  • Design Professional shall provide Additional Services only when and as authorized in a written Agreement Change Authorization signed by University.

  • If YOUR STORE(s) changes bank accounts, YOUR STORE(s) shall provide Check Center with a completed and signed Bank Change Authorization form and original voided check, the new bank account information and authority to debit such new account prior to implementing any such bank change.

Change Authorization means Customer’s written authorization to perform a Change Request pursuant to the terms of a Change Response.

Related to Change Authorization

  • Service Authorization means that Open Ecosystem Partner needs to meet specific qualification requirements for the products included in a “Service” Product Family that Open Ecosystem Partner wants to promote and offer Services for as set out in detail in the Open Ecosystem Program Guide.

  • Sell Authorization means that Partner needs to meet specific training and qualification requirements for the products included in an “On Premise” Product Family that Partner wants to resell as set out in detail in the PartnerEdge Program Guide and the applicable RSPI.

  • Private Authorizations means all franchises, permits, licenses, approvals, consents and other authorizations of all Persons (other than Governmental Authorities).

  • Prior authorization means that we must approve the Services in advance in order for the Services to be covered.

  • Work Authorization or “WA” means Buyer’s authorization in either electronic or tangible form for Supplier to conduct transactions under this Agreement in accordance with the applicable SOW (i.e., a purchase order, ▇▇▇▇ of lading, or other Buyer designated document). A SOW is a WA only if designated as such in writing by Buyer.
