If a complete and final Impact Analysis cannot be specified, or if aspects of the Impact Analysis cannot be determined at the time of the request, Contractor shall so indicate on the applicable Change Control Form, including a detailed explanation of the basis of such inability of Contractor to so determine.
If this Change Control Form is signed by both parties below it shall be deemed a Change Order and shall become a part of the Solution Order or Services Order to which it relates, shall be governed by this Agreement and shall be attached thereto as if initially entered into as part of a Solution Order or Services Order.
