Change Control Log definition

Change Control Log means the log to record Changes maintained by the Contractor under the Change Control Procedure and in accordance with PCP-05 (Change Control);
Change Control Log means a detailed accounting of all approved (CCO) and proposed Contract Change Orders (PCO) that compares the overall change risk to the Board approved contract value. This may be maintained by the AC Transit Project Manager or an AC Transit information system.
Change Control Log shall have the meaning given in Section 3.3(B) of Schedule E.

Examples of Change Control Log in a sentence

  • When Vendor successfully implements a Change Request, Vendor shall update the status of the Change Request in the Change Control Log, archive the Change Request related documentation, notify Customer of the implementation and close the Change Request.

  • The Change Control Log shall interface with the Incident Management (IcM) Plan for proper correlation of changes and outages.

Related to Change Control Log

  • Change Control means the process set out in Section 2.6.

  • Change Control Note (“CCN”) means the agreed Schedule 3 annexed to the Contract containing details of agreed Variations to the Contract.

  • Change Control Process means the change control process, if any, referred to in the Key Provisions;

  • Change Control Procedure has the meaning set out at Clause 28.1;

  • Exchange Contract means a contract for Commodity approved by SFC and the HKFE for trading on one of the markets from time to time established and operated by the HKFE which may result in a Futures Contract and/or an Options Contract.
