Change Control Request definition
Change Control Request has the meaning given in Section 10.1.1(i);
Change Control Request means a request by the Authority or the Supplier to change the Framework Agreement under the change control process in Clause 9 of the Framework Agreement.

Change Control Request or “CCR” means a written request, raised by TfL or the Service Provider in accordance with schedule 9 (Change Control Request Procedure and Changes), in relation to a proposed Change;

Change Control Request. Either Party may request a change to: the Electricity Procurement Services; Additional Goods, Works and Services; or the Customer Administration Services, (a Change Control Request). Permitted changes that the Parties can request under this Clause are: changes to the scope of the services provided. This includes: removing or changing Electricity Products and Additional Goods, Works and Services currently offered; and adding new Electricity Products and Additional Goods, Works and Services; and changes to the manner in which: the Electricity Procurement Services; or the Customer Administration Services are provided. This includes modifications, upgrades or replacement of any computer, technical, operational or other systems used by the Supplier to provide these services, and the changes shall be specified in a Change Control Request. Excluded requests: The Authority is not required to consider any Change Control Request if the request: is solely to increase the Charges above the level set out in this Framework Agreement, unless specifically provided for pursuant to Clause 11; is one which the Authority considers to be inconsistent with the OJEU Notice; or is one which is made to accommodate a Relevant Change or a Potential Relevant Change in respect of which the Parties have not applied the arrangements in Clause 11, and in exercising this discretion the Authority agrees not to act unreasonably.
