Change Control Request definition

Change Control Request means a request by the Authority or the Supplier to change the Framework Agreement under the change control process in Clause 9 of the Framework Agreement.

Change Control Request has the meaning given in Clause 8.1.

Change Control Request or “CCR” means a written request, raised by TfL or the Service Provider in accordance with schedule 9 (Change Control Request Procedure and Changes), in relation to a proposed Change;

Change Control Request or “CCR” means the primary record in which the overall details of a change are captured and monitored.

Change Control Request has the meaning given to it in Schedule 14. Charges in relation to (i) Gas Products, the charge for the supply of such products including the Variable Charges and the Fixed Daily Charges; and (ii) Ancillary Services, the charges for the supply by the Supplier to the Contracted Customer of the Ancillary Services, (in each case) as calculated in accordance with the Customer Contract with the relevant Contracted Customer. Commencement Date has the meaning given to it in Clause 2. Commercially Sensitive Information the Confidential Information listed in Schedule 14 (Commercially Sensitive Information) of this Framework Agreement comprised of commercially sensitive information: (i) relating to the Supplier, its IPR or its business or information which the Supplier has indicated to the Authority that, if disclosed by the Authority, would cause the Supplier significant commercial disadvantage or material financial loss; or (ii) that constitutes a trade secret. Commission the amount to be paid by the Contracted Customer to the Supplier and by the Supplier to the Authority in accordance with Clause 5 and Paragraphs 6.23 to 6.26 of Schedule 3 in respect of provision of services by the Authority under this Framework Agreement, as set out in the Customer Access Agreement.

Change Control Request. Either Party may request a change to: the Electricity Procurement Services; Additional Goods, Works and Services; or the Customer Administration Services, (a Change Control Request). Permitted changes that the Parties can request under this Clause are: changes to the scope of the services provided. This includes: removing or changing Electricity Products and Additional Goods, Works and Services currently offered; and adding new Electricity Products and Additional Goods, Works and Services; and changes to the manner in which: the Electricity Procurement Services; or the Customer Administration Services are provided. This includes modifications, upgrades or replacement of any computer, technical, operational or other systems used by the Supplier to provide these services, and the changes shall be specified in a Change Control Request. Excluded requests: The Authority is not required to consider any Change Control Request if the request: is solely to increase the Charges above the level set out in this Framework Agreement, unless specifically provided for pursuant to Clause 11; is one which the Authority considers to be inconsistent with the OJEU Notice; or is one which is made to accommodate a Relevant Change or a Potential Relevant Change in respect of which the Parties have not applied the arrangements in Clause 11, and in exercising this discretion the Authority agrees not to act unreasonably.

Change Control Request means a written notice prepared in accordance with Clause 11.4 served on the Contractor or the Client by the other party which requests a variation to the Agreement;

Change Control Request shall have the meaning set forth in PARAGRAPH 4(A) of ATTACHMENT CC.
