  • If Tenant fails to respond to Landlord’s Change Order Response within such five (5) day period, such Change Proposal shall be deemed withdrawn.

More Definitions of Change Order Response

Change Order Response means a written document prepared by Supplier that either: (i) describes a Change desired by Supplier and includes the information set forth in the Change Order Procedures; or (ii) responds to a Change Order Request and includes the information set forth in the Change Order Procedures.
