Class A-1 Deficiency Amount definition

Class A-1 Deficiency Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.3(g) of this Series Supplement.
Class A-1 Deficiency Amount. With respect to any Payment Date, the excess, if any, of the Required Payments related to the Class A-1 Notes over the Net Available Distribution Amount related to the Class A-1 Notes for such Payment Date.
Class A-1 Deficiency Amount shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.6(a).

More Definitions of Class A-1 Deficiency Amount

Class A-1 Deficiency Amount for any Distribution Date shall be equal to the excess, if any, of the aggregate amount accrued pursuant to this subsection 4.6(a) for all Interest Periods prior to the immediately preceding Interest Period, over the amount actually paid to Class A-1 Certificateholders in respect of such amounts on all prior Distribution Dates.
Class A-1 Deficiency Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the amount by which the Class A Monthly Interest payable in respect of the Class A-1 Notes exceeds the amount available to pay such interest on such Distribution Date.
