Class X-1 Notional Amount definition
Class X-1 Notional Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of the Principal Balance Certificates as of the close of business on the preceding Distribution Date.
Class X-1 Notional Amount. Immediately prior to any Distribution Date, with respect to the Class X-1 Certificates, an amount equal to the aggregate of the Uncertificated Principal Balances of the REMIC 2 Regular Interests (other than REMIC 2 Regular Interests MT-P and MT- R).
Class X-1 Notional Amount. As of any date of determination, the sum of the then Component Notional Amounts of all the Components.
