Client Input definition

Client Input means, without limitation, data, Instructions, confirmations or documentation from you, an Authorised Person of yours or a Client Third Party;
Client Input means suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other feedback provided by Client, its employees and Authorized Parties relating to the operation or functionality of the Service.
Client Input means the inputs of the Client reasonably required in order to enable SEACOM MANAGED SERVICES (PTY) LTD to provide the Services to the Client, as set out in clause 6 and expanded upon in the Service Definitions thereunder.
