Completion Longstop Date definition

Completion Longstop Date means 30 November 2032, or such other date as the Seller and Purchaser may agree in writing.
Completion Longstop Date means 06:00 p.m. (Almaty time) on [●] 2024, unless agreed otherwise by the parties;
Completion Longstop Date means the date 54 months after the Unconditional Date or such later date as is fixed under Clause 20 (Time for completion of the Infrastructure Works ).

More Definitions of Completion Longstop Date

Completion Longstop Date means the date 4 months after the date hereof;
Completion Longstop Date means the date falling three hundred and sixty five (365) days after Planned Completion Date as such Planned Completion Date may be extended pursuant to Article 25 (Delay Events);
