Conditional Use Permit definition

Conditional Use Permit means a permit issued pursuant to Section 1.14 of this Ordinance.
Conditional Use Permit or “CUP” means a conditional use permit issued under this chapter.
Conditional Use Permit means the official document or permit by which an Applicant is allowed to file for a building permit to construct and use Wireless Telecommunications Facilities as granted or issued by the City.

More Definitions of Conditional Use Permit

Conditional Use Permit means a Conditional Use Permit granted by the Planning Commission in accordance with La Habra Municipal Code Chapter
