The following information shall invariably be legibly and clearly indicated on the Consignment Note (i.e. LR/GR) by the transporter at the time of loading of the consignment.
The Customer is responsible for the data of the Consignment Note and shall send the data of the Consignment Note in an electronic format that is compatible with the IT and management systems of Lineas.

All necessary freight data concerning the Consignment Note must be transferred by the Customer to Lineas in time to allow for (electronic) processing and the completion of the administrative and technical dispatch checks for the scheduled departure of the Train (120 minutes before departure at the latest).
